Spiritual Development - Resource and Insights

In a world that is ever changing the ability to learn and grow is paramount to prosper in self-growth as well as material achievements. 

Through my own personal life experiences and working with my clients there are a few basic items that will help ignite that yearning for learning.  

Internal dialog can make you or break you.

• Don’t be so hard on yourself
• Nurture your inner child, if you would not let your own child, family member or spouse be treated that way then do not treat yourself in a negative manner. Be forgiving and kind to yourself.
• Break away from the internal chatter by coming into the NOW, look at your hands and your immediate surroundings

This teaching is and has worked in my daily life. The connection that I am making with Spirit has expanded more than my imagination could have taken me. I began this journey and then found this YouTube feed "Next Level Soul". It resonates with me. I wanted to share the insight it provides. 

1. Follow your passion (love, excitement, curiosity, attraction)

2. Acting on your passion/guidance. Take it as far as possible. Follow the thread of passion. 

3. Act on your passion with zero expectation - the higher mind will bring an outcome. 

4. Stay in a positive state. We can benefit from it regardless.  

5. Work on beliefs; fear based etc - clear them all out. 

Everything is always working out for you, even if it is not the way you want it to be.

 You are not alone, your guides and angles are with you all the time.

• Develop a relationship with your guides and angles. Talk to them regularly and with respect. Do not beg them to fix your problems. Ask them for assistance, they are providing guidance. They cannot help if you do not ask.
• Write a letter to your guide when you need help. They cannot help if you do not ask.
